A Brush with Savings

I’ve long heard the hype about the English-made Mason Pearson brush, but have been unable to will myself to spend upwards of $150 on a hairbrush. Then, at my last salon visit, my hairstylist whipped out this Sonia Kashuk lookalike and could not stop raving about how much she loved it. The next time I was at Target, I stopped by the cosmetics aisle to scope it out. I needed a new hairbrush desperately, and at only $15 it seemed worth a try.

I’m in love with this hairbrush. In the past, when I used boar bristle brushes, they made my hair really staticky, but somehow this one does the opposite. Maybe it’s the addition of nylon bristles? Whatever the case, I can’t stop running this baby through my mane—it feels like a mini message. I also love that I can brush my hair wet and not feel like any of my hair is being pulled out or broken. It detangles like a dream.

I really cannot say enough good things about this Sonia Kashuk brush from Target, so do yourself a favor and go check it out!
