It’s almost Memorial Day, which means three things in my book: taking time to remember those who have died in service to our country, the unofficial start to the summer and a three-day weekend! We plan on spending Sunday making a trip to Des Moines to see our local AAA baseball team play a day game, so hopefully the warm weather holds.
Then maybe, if the Iowa Cubs win and the game is over early enough, I can convince Max to let me pop into the J.Crew store in town. You never know what you’ll find on the sale rack…
